Getting Help and Reporting Concerns

At FCSA, we value open and transparent communication. When concerns about integrity or ethics arise, we encourage FCSA project personnel to utilize any of the available speak-up channels they feel most comfortable with. These speak-up channels include speaking with their supervisors, local human resources managers and the FCSA Governance & Compliance Director.

If FCSA project personnel feel uncomfortable discussing the matter with any of these resources or the response does not meet their expectations, they can (anonymously) raise a concern via the FCSA Compliance and Ethics Integrity Portal & Hotline (a link will also be available soon) or the FCSA member company’s reporting channels.

Additionally, FCSA clients, suppliers, subcontractors and other third-party business partners can ask questions about our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics or raise any concern through the FCSA Compliance and Ethics Integrity Portal & Hotline (a link will also be available soon) or the FCSA member company’s reporting channels.

The following are the links to the FCSA member company’s reporting channels:

In the next few months, FCSA’s Compliance and Ethics Integrity Portal and Hotline will also be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week accessible by phone or internet with translation/interpretation support in over 150 languages.

Non Retaliation

FCSA believes a clear channel for the expression of concerns and suggestions is fundamental to a sound and safe work environment. FCSA is committed to promoting a culture where all FCSA project personnel feel safe to engage in frank and honest communication and encourages all FCSA project personnel to feel comfortable speaking-up and raising concerns. Therefore, FCSA encourages open communication between the FCSA project personnel and management to enhance problem resolution, a safe work environment and work morale. The FCSA project personnel are free to discuss any matter of concern at any time without fear of reprisal. The FCSA project personnel and their management have the responsibility to facilitate problem resolution through support and application of the FCSA Open Door & Non-Retaliation Policy. FCSA expressly prohibits any form of retaliation against any individual who raises a concern in good faith. Good faith refers to reasonable grounds to believe, in light of the circumstances and the information available at the time of expressing a concern, that the matters reported are true. A report does not have to be proven true to be made in good faith.
