We have a Project specific compliance and ethics program that guides FCSA project personnel, joint venture partners, suppliers and subcontractors and other business partners. Our program involves leadership and oversight, risk assessments, policies and procedures, communication and training programs, monitoring, reporting and other initiatives.

We strive to continually improve and enhance our compliance and ethics program by monitoring FCSA’s evolving risks, including any strategic changes in FCSA’s project, and by benchmarking best practices in FCSA member companies, our industry and the global business community.

We have a dedicated Project Governance & Compliance Director, working closely with the Compliance departments of the FCSA member companies, and reporting directly to the Project Director and the Management Committee to ensure that FCSA operates with the highest ethical business standards.
